Ordering from Kodak was slow. They estimated delivery of 7days but that estimate was just to clear customs into Canada (another 7 days before arrival). Unit does not allow dating before 1980 and my slides are much earlier than that. It scans 135mm fast, output image looks good when view on TV. I'm looking forward to inputting thousands slide through it in the near future.

The scanner is fantastic. Easy to work with and produces excellent scans. I scanned near hundred 35mm (times 36) negatives, very quickly and effortlessly. Highly recommended.

    N SCAN Digital Film Scanner

Years ago I bought the small scanner which worked just fine except that it did not take 126 film. The large scanner is much better. I certainly like the large moniitor. It is also more solid on the table with less chance of shaking the picture up when I press the scan button.

    Mistake or habitude

Kodak solide N scan… Like you did for others customers, you send me the small screen instead the biggest one, but you charge me for the large screen. Shame on you. I will ça cell the paiement.

I ordered the RODFS70 scanner but received the RODFS50 instead. I agreed to a refund for the difference of $50 in cost in order to save everyone some efforts, but they refused to refund the sales tax portion of the refund. I'm out-of-pocket as a result. I will never purchase a Kodak product again.
