Sd card folders

I've read the guides about the camera but I haven't seen anything about the folders that appear in the ad card you insert in the camera. There's two folders named "PRINTED" and "PRINT_ME" so I'm wondering now if you could somehow print a photo by moving a picture into one of the folders or something and I have tried but it doesn't work so is there a way to reprint a photo off the SD card that wasn't the most recent photo taken?
